Larry Canarelli, CEO of Bruin Capital Partners, LLC, and CEO of American West Homebuilding Group. He previously served as CEO and founder of American West Homes from 1984 to 2019. Larry earned an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Southern California (USC).
Larry has been recognized by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) with the prestigious ACE Home Builder Award, as well as being honored by the NAHB with its ‘Legend’ Award. He is a past president of the Southern Nevada Home Builders Association (SNHBA), and has been honored by the SNHBA as the Home Builder of the Year as well as receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award from the SNHBA. Additionally, Larry was given the initial Pioneer Award for homebuilding. He has been named to the prestigious Top 100 Builders in America list 30 times and is notably the only builder to have received the National ACE Home Builder Award twice.

Bob Evans is the Chief Financial Officer of Bruin Capital Partners, where he oversees the firm's operations, financial strategy, and execution across its growing real estate investment platform. With more than four decades of experience in finance, real estate, and business operations, Bob brings a disciplined, results-oriented approach to every aspect of the firm's activities.
A licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Bob earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from Montana State University. He began his career in public accounting, rising to Tax Partner at RSM, where he first established a professional relationship with Larry Canarelli in 1984.
Bob has served for almost two decades as COO / CFO of the Canarelli Family Enterprises, including American West Homes. He played a key role in managing the company's operations and helping lead its successful sale. His entrepreneurial experience as the owner of a construction company further strengthened his expertise in development, project management, and business leadership.
At Bruin Capital Partners, Bob provides strategic and operational leadership across multifamily, commercial, industrial, and data center investments. His financial expertise, operational discipline, and collaborative leadership continue to support the firm's growth, investment execution, and long-term value creation.
Jeffrey Canarelli is the President and Co-Founder of Bruin Capital Partners, where he leads the firm's strategic growth initiatives and diversified investment portfolio. A graduate of Saint Mary's College of California, Jeffrey earned a degree in Business and Economics before pursuing a brief career as a professional athlete.
Since becoming a licensed Real Estate Broker in 2001, Jeffrey has established himself as a respected leader in the real estate industry, participating in more than 15,000 residential, commercial, and industrial real estate transactions. His extensive experience and market expertise have contributed to numerous successful developments and investment opportunities throughout the region.
Jeffrey's career includes serving in multiple leadership positions with American West Homes, culminating in his appointment as President in 2013. Under his leadership, the company continued to expand its presence and reputation within the homebuilding industry.
Today, Jeffrey holds a Nevada Gaming License and is a partner in Legends Bay Casino in Sparks, Nevada. He also maintains ownership interests in several commercial real estate centers and other business ventures. Through his vision, leadership, and entrepreneurial spirit, Jeffrey has played a key role in growing and diversifying Bruin Capital Partners across multiple industries.
